Guidelink Campaign Overview

Hawaii Guide believes in providing flexible promotional campaigns to our business partners. You only pay for what you actually use and benefit from via our promotional media channels with Hawaii visitors. Ultimately, we are seeking long-term win-win relationships with our business partners.

  • You’ll set your own budget, preferred timeline (campaign runtime), and how aggressively you want to promote your message, website, graphic ads, and/or business information through our various media channels.
  • Hawaii Guide utilizes various high-visibility channels to promote our business partners, including the follow: web, opt-in email marketing, visitor guides, and personal one-on-one travel consulting with Hawaii visitors.

The assertiveness of the campaign you wish to run will determine two important additional factors: actionable costs and media placements.

  • You will set the CPE (cost per event) rates for your campaign.
    • Actualized clicks to your website (cost per visit, CPV) - contact us for rates.
    • Presentation of your materials, including listings, (cost per impression, CPI) - contact us for rates.
  • The actual media placements of your materials are determined based on two factors: the combined CPE rate costs and the preferred timeline you wish to run your campaign. (i.e.; if you have a campaign spend of $400, and wish that amount to last one month, we’ll place your materials in media channels that, using the combined rates set for each CPE, provide that amount of exposure over a 30-day period).
  • You can adjust your campaign settings at anytime during the run. You can speed up the delivery schedule and/or change the CPE rates to improve the media placements.
  • The initial billing is done upfront (typically with a credit card) and we will provide reports to you based upon performance. You will be sent a report notifying you when your campaign has utilized 50%, 75%, and 90% of your budget respectively.
  • Once your campaign has reached 90% expenditure, you will then need to determine if you wish to auto-renew when the campaign reaches its allotted budget amount, or if you wish to cease your exposure through our media channels at that time.
