Hawaii Vacation Packages

Bundled Hawaii Trips for 2026 — Flights, Hotels, Rental Cars & Tours

A Hawaii vacation package bundles round-trip airfare, hotel, rental car, and usually some tours or activity credits into a single booking. Done right you save roughly 10–30% versus booking each piece separately, and you trade five separate confirmation numbers for one — plus, on most providers, a Hawaii-based travel specialist who has actually walked the resorts they are selling. The trade-off is flexibility: the cheapest sticker prices usually still come from Expedia plus Discount Hawaii Car Rental booked separately, especially for repeat visitors.

Six providers handle the bulk of U.S. Hawaii package bookings — Aloha Hawaiian, Pleasant Holidays, Costco Travel, Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations, and Expedia/Booking.com. They are compared further down the page. Hawaii does not have Caribbean-style all-inclusive resorts; Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa on Oahu is the closest single-property equivalent, while every other "all-inclusive Hawaii vacation" is technically a bundled package, not a wristband resort.

If you already know which island you want, jump straight to the dedicated guide: Oahu, Maui, Big Island, or Kauai. Otherwise, keep reading for cost ranges, who each provider is best for, and the most popular two-island combinations.

What a Hawaii Vacation Actually Costs in 2026

The per-island package ranges above ($1,500 to $4,500 per person for 5–7 nights) cover the bundled essentials. Floor reflects shoulder-season Costco / Pleasant Holidays standard packages; ceiling reflects premium oceanfront resorts in peak season. Here is what those numbers actually buy, and where the rest of your trip budget goes:

Assumptions: two adults, 5–7 nights, U.S. West Coast departure, flight + hotel package, before meals and premium tours unless noted.

Mainland flights (round trip) $400–$700 from the U.S. West Coast, $700–$1,200 from the East Coast or Midwest. Cheapest in shoulder season (Apr–May, Sep–early Nov).
Hotel per night $250–$450 mid-range; $600–$1,500+ luxury beachfront. Maui and Kauai run highest; Big Island runs cheapest.
Rental car per day $50–$80 standard, $90–$150 SUV/Jeep. Required on every island except Oahu (where Waikiki is walkable).
Food per person per day $60–$120 mid-range (food trucks for lunch, sit-down dinner). $200+ if you eat at resort restaurants every meal.
Activity per person $50–$200 per outing. Helicopter and boat tours skew higher ($250–$400); state-park hikes and most beaches are free.
Inter-island flights $60–$160 one-way on Hawaiian or Southwest in 2026. Southwest cut capacity in 2025; book early on competitive routes.

For two people on a 7-night mid-range trip, total all-in spend typically lands between $4,500 and $7,500. Use our Hawaii trip cost calculator for a personalized estimate based on your dates, party size, and travel style, or the Hawaii cost explorer to compare costs across all four main islands side by side.

Does Hawaii Have All-Inclusive Resorts? (The Aulani Exception)

The honest answer is: not in the Caribbean sense. Hawaii does not have wristband-style all-inclusive resorts where meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment are all covered in a single rate — but Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina on Oahu comes closest to that single-property feel. The room rate covers the Waikolohe Valley water park, Aunty's Beach House kids' club for ages 4–12, Disney character experiences, complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys, daily cultural activities (lei-making, ukulele lessons, hula, Hawaiian language), and a full pool-deck activity schedule. Meals, alcohol, spa treatments, and Rainbow Reef snorkeling stay separate.

Aulani makes the most sense for families with kids 4–12 who would otherwise stack the cost of a kids' club, beach gear, and cultural classes on top of room rates booked à la carte. Disney runs Spring 2026 stays of 5+ nights at up to 30% off for select dates between April 10 and June 12. Read our full Aulani breakdown for what is and is not included in the rate.

Every other property marketed as a "Hawaii all-inclusive resort" is technically a vacation package — flights, hotel, car, and activity credits sold as a single bundle. That is what the rest of this page is about.

Comparing Hawaii Vacation Package Providers

Six providers handle the bulk of U.S. Hawaii package bookings. The right pick depends on whether you want a Hawaii-based specialist on speed dial, a Costco Cash Card bonus, or just the cheapest possible bundle. Here is the short-list comparison; the full six-provider breakdown goes deeper.

Provider Best for What's bundled Why book here
Aloha Hawaiian Vacations First-timers; multi-generational trips; single-island deep dives Flights + hotel + car + curated island activities Specialist itineraries; packaging Hawaii trips since 1982; Hawaii-focused customer support
