There's so much going on in Oahu this July that picking out the very best of the best was a challenge - but we’ve done it for you! Perhaps due to obvious precautionary health and safety measures, some of these events are being held virtually. Others are being held both virtually and in person. Other events on the list are only in person - so you have the option to attend whichever feels more comfortable for you at this time.

Jack Johnson - Hometown Shows at the Waikiki Shell

Arguably the most famous musician from Hawaii, Jack Johnson is coming home to perform on the island he grew up on. Tickets are going fast so grab them while you still can!

52nd Annual Ukulele Festival Hawaii (Virtual) 

This is a world-class showcase of Hawaii’s most iconic musical instrument. You don’t want to miss it!

When: Sunday, July 17th, 7 PM - 8 PM

The Queen Liliuokalani Keiki Hula Celebration Livestream

This is a world-class showcase of Hawaii’s most iconic dance - a fitting follow-up to the Ukulele Festival!

Waikīkī Steel Guitar Week & Festival at Royal Hawaiian Grove

This week-long musical extravaganza is both virtual and in-person, so experience its beauty however you prefer! 

When: July 11th - July 16th, 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM + 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

4th of July

Of course, July is the time of Independence Day, and that means lots of fireworks, from Turtle Bay Resort to Kailua.

Big Boys Toy Show & Men’s Expo

Despite the male-oriented theme, this rip-roaring expo is fun for the whole family. Expect fast cars, custom motorcycles, huge trucks, tattoo studios, and much more! 

When: Saturday, July 16th, 10 AM - 9 PM

Pearlridge Uptown Farmers Market 

No summer month in Hawaii would be complete without a weekly farmer's market to buy fresh produce. 

When: Saturdays, July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 8 AM - 12 PM
