The booking distinction matters. As checked September 23, 2026, the festival's October 24 Sheraton tasting is sold out across its listed ticket tiers. A date on the calendar does not mean you can still buy admission. The fair has posted cash-entry prices and shuttle details; windsurfing calls for a flexible North Shore day.

The organizer's admission page lists $10 for ages 12 and older, $5 for ages 5–11, and free admission for ages 0–4. Admission gates accept cash only. The fair opens at 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Choose a weekend morning if an earlier start suits your family; Thursday's parade begins at 4:30 p.m.

Check the official parking and shuttle page before driving. It lists free parking and shuttles at Queen Kaʻahumanu Center October 1–4 and the Wailuku Garage October 3–4. The Queen Kaʻahumanu shuttle starts at 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, later than the fair's opening. Do not use it as your plan for reaching Thursday's 4:30 p.m. parade.

For October 24 and 25, the Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival schedule lists Caviar, Pearls & Aphrodisiacs on October 24 and No EGGScuses, Let's Brunch! on October 25. October 24: do not plan around an unconfirmed waitlist place. As checked September 23, 2026, the Sheraton Maui tasting page marks General Admission, First Hawaiian Bank Preferred Access, Priority, VIP Individual, and VIP Table of Ten sold out. It provides an organizer contact for the waitlist. Wait for an actual admission confirmation before making nonrefundable plans around this evening.

October 25: check brunch as a separate option. The Royal Lahaina brunch page lists 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and $150 general admission, with applicable taxes added at checkout. The event is for guests 21 and older; accompanying children cannot attend. The posted price is not proof of remaining inventory. Confirm admission through the organizer before choosing it as your Sunday anchor.
