Menu Includes
- Guava Glazed baby back ribs are marinated overnight then cooked right onboard by our Head Chef Kelly. From the sea we serve fresh jumbo boiled shrimp, chilled and served with a variety of dipping sauces, including a sweet Thai chili mint sauce, a traditional cocktail sauce and lemons. Tender and juicy Hawaiian BBQ chicken brochettes are also served hot off the grill.
- Veggie lovers will enjoy Maui onion and cheese puff pastry as well as marinated artichoke dip, made with fresh garlic and grated parmesan, served warm with crostini. Finish with strawberry shortcake and home made whipped cream.
