The Boat: The Kai 'Oli'Oli is a 49 passengers, 61-ft power catamaran touring yacht, custom built for these tours at a cost of over $1,000,000. It is one of the Hawaii's newest, fastest, most state-of-the-art power catamaran in its class and also has the highest US Coast Guard safety rating given any tour boat in Hawaiii. It is equipped with large bathroom/change rooms, comfortable seating, four outdoor warm water showers, giant swim steps, and a modern audio and video system. Two 490-hp Diesel Caterpillar engines allow exceptionally high-speed and long range cruises.
