Nawiliwili Harbor

Nawiliwili Harbor Nawiliwili Harbor has been the official harbor for Kauai since 1930 when George Willcox donated the funds to build it. Located at the mouth of the Hule'ia Stream, the harbor got its name from the Wiliwili trees which once ruled the area. You may recognize this place and nearby Niumalu Beach from the film "Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark."

From Highway 50, just past Mile Marker #1 going toward Lihu'e, turn right on Nawiliwili Road. Go approximately 2 miles down the road and turn right on Wa'apa. The harbor will be on the left.
Location: Nawiliwili Harbor is located in the East Kauai Region
