Koloa

Koloa, sometimes called Old Koloa Town, can claim to be the spot of the first sugar plantation in the islands. The quaint, little town has some of the oldest buildings in Kauai. Every year the town celebrates its agricultural heritage with the Koloa Plantation Days festival.
Now there are plenty of reasons to stop in Koloa's many specialty shops or grab a bite to eat in its restaurants. Swing by the history center if you want to learn more about the area.
Location: Koloa is located in the South Kauai Region

A warm and friendly little town, where the locals have a good measure of patience for the haole visitors. We always feel welcome in Koloa, where the aloha spirit is alive and well.
