Anahola Beach

Anahola Beach Anahola is a nice little curve of white sand circling a bay. The town of Anahola is fairly small so the beach caters to a largely local crowd, although they do not seem to have a problem with visitors. However, it is probably best to go to more touristy beaches on the weekends. Certainly never walk the beach at night when criminal activity is more likely to occur.
The right side of the bay is protected by a reef which makes it safer for swimming. This is also a good spot for snorkeling. On the weekends there is a lifeguard. Restrooms, showers and a picnic area are available.
Location: Anahola Beach is located in the East Kauai Region
